Do you want to get the most out of your bicycle? Just like any vehicle, your bike requires maintenance. The frequency of service depends on how and where you ride. Estimates are always free and we normally offer a 24 to 48 hour turn around on most services. We work on all bikes and aim to provide excellent service for all customers.

Fork Lower Service
This is your regular service interval maintenance so you don’t destroy those important and expensive parts of your bike. We disassemble, inspect, clean and reassemble with new wipers, bath oil, foam rings and stanchion lube.Fork Dual Air Service
It’s time to service your dual air spring on your RockShox fork. We can do this with or without servicing the dampers. Includes Fork Lower Service, seals, glide rings, cleaning and reassembly.Fork Damper Service
Your compression and rebound dampers control how your fork works as you bomb down (or up?) the trail. Includes Fork Lower Service and we disassemble, inspect, clean and reassemble with new o-rings, compression fittings and damper oil.Fork Damper Tuning
Are you having trouble with a blown or under-performing compression or rebound circuit? We can custom-tune your shim stack and oil weight to create your desired ride quality. This service includes full Fork Damper Service and Fork Lower Service because we’ll be in there anyway.Rear Shock Service: Hardware
Is the rear end of your bike making that knocking noise again? Does the hardware fall out of your rear shock when it’s out of the frame? It’s time for new hardware. Options include factory replacement, Enduro needle bearing kits, steel or aluminum.Rear Suspension Overhaul
Have you replaced your bearings in your pivots EVER? Help reduce the friction in your linkage so you can enjoy the ride. We’ll replace and lubricate all bushings, bearings, pivots and bolts with factory or better parts including titanium upgrade bolts, if available.Rear Shock Damper Tuning
Does your suspension feel mushy? Is it wallowing in the middle of the travel? Do you want it to feel like you are sitting higher in the travel or are you not getting the travel out of your fork? Worse still, is there a puddle of oil under your bike? We will disassemble, inspect, clean and rebuild your entire shock, from the seals all the way down into the damper assembly and IFP. Al La Carte
Fork/Shock Service
Depending on the suspension manufacturer, it is recommend that forks and shocks be rebuilt after 40 to 100 hours. This service includes disassembly, cleaning, re-lubrication, and seal install on most forks and shocks. This does not include parts, such as seals and O-rings. $40.00—$200.00
Prepare for Shipping
Drop off your bicycle with us and when you come back it will be in a box ready for shipping. We handle the packing, but you're responsible for the shipping. $60.00 without shipping
Build Boxed Bike
We will completely assemble and adjust any bike from a box. $65.00—$100.00

SERVICE GUIDE

We recommend the ABC Quick Check (Air, Brakes, Chain, Quick Releases, short check-out ride before you hit the trails or set off on a road ride).

We recommend the following basic service schedule for your various bike parts:
Wheels: check tension yearly
Tire pressure: every two weeks
Cables/housing: annually for mountain bikes, every two years on road bikes
Hubs: every two years on cup/cone, as needed for sealed cartridge bearing hubs
Bottom bracket: new one/bearings as needed
Headsets: bearings as needed
Chain: check for wear annually, lube monthly
Brakes: brake pads, hydraulic lines, rotors
Tires: inspect for wear, cuts, holes monthly
Chainrings: check for wear and tighten the bolts twice a year
Derailleurs: check for lateral play, worn pulleys twice a year
Seatpost/saddle: pull apart and remove from frame to grease annually
