Please join us for a class led by League of American Bicyclists Cycling Instructors designed to give cyclists the confidence they need to ride safely and legally in traffic and on the trail.
Please Register Below and we'll follow-up with more specific details. We need at least 4 participants in order to hold the class.
This course covers bicycle safety checks and on-bike skills. Students ages 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult who is taking the course.
Students of all skill levels are welcome and will find the course beneficial. A bicycle in good working order and a bicycle helmet are required.

9:35-11:35am 8 parking lot drills
Starting/Stopping Avoidance Weave
Shifting Quick Stop
Scanning Rock Dodge
Signaling Instant Turn
11:35-11:55am Break & Snacks (students to bring own snacks)
11:55-12:45pm On-road / trail ride
12:45-1pm Return to parking lot for wrap up Q&A. Handouts.
